I graduated Summa cum Laude with a BA in English from San Francisco State University in 1994 and continued my studies at SF State, completing my MA in English and a certificate in the teaching of English Composition in 1995. I have worked at several institutions of higher learning in the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Francisco State, The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Golden Gate University and °®¶¹´«Ã½ College of San Francisco, where I have taught ESL since 1996. In addition to all levels of ESL, I have taught English composition, public speaking, critical thinking and mathematics.
