BIO 130: Nutrition and Culinary Arts 2.0 Online, Asynchronous (16 weeks) This course is part of °®¶¹´«Ã½Online (/academics/online-learning/cityonline), with no in-person meetings. Coursework is completed via Canvas using an internet-enabled device. WileyPLUS for Visualizing Nutrition: Everyday Choices 5th Edition is required.
