In this course, students receive instruction in academic reading and writing, including writing processes, effective use of language, analytical thinking, and the foundations of academic research.
IMPORTANT: This course is a HYBRID course, which means that you are expected to attend class in person and complete work online. If you are unable to attend class in person, please do not register for this HYBRID course. This section of C1000 is linked to 1AS, a support course that offers additional class time and an assigned tutor. Both sections MUST be added together.
